I get asked all the time, "What is business coaching and why do I need it?"  Simply stated, if you want to get better at anything you find someone who is better than you to teach you.  It speeds up the process and avoids developing bad habits.  Parents are notorious for spending thousands of dollars on coaches for their kids, but many are unwilling to make the same investment for themselves.  It doesn't make any sense.
